Branislav is an attorney with extensive experience in commercial law and intellectual property, as well as M&A transactions and energy sector projects, including representation in judicial and administrative proceedings. He has been a member of the Belgrade Bar Association since 2022 and is part of the legal team at Petrović, Pešić & Associates.

Prior to this, he completed professional training as a judicial trainee at the Second Basic Court in Belgrade, where he gained a deep understanding of judicial practice. His expertise includes drafting and analysis of contracts, due diligence reviews, negotiation of complex transactions, legal opinions, property registration, and dispute resolution.

Branislav earned his law degree from the Faculty of Law in Novi Sad and also holds a degree in criminology from the University of Criminal Investigation and Police Studies in Belgrade, further expanding his expertise in human psychology, negotiation, and the justice system.
